Off-site vendors will not be permitted to deliver food to hotel rooms. General Information To accommodate those who would like additional food, IC-specific room service menus will be provided to you each day. This service is pre-paid cash-only, and the arrangements are explicitly between the teen customer and the hotel. Vegetarian options are available, and any meat options are NOT kosher. Order forms are available at the IC Welcome Center. Valuables, Passports and VISAs The opportunity to check valuables during registration is intended to help prevent property losses in the rooms and around the hotel. Please Note: Under no conditions does BBYO accept liability for items brought to the hotel. For this reason, we ask that you do not leave your room without locking it, even if you are just going to the ice machine. Canadian and International delegates should have a copy of their passport with their families for easy faxing or e-mailing, as a backup. Visitors Policy There are no visiting days during IC. Please explain this to your friends and family so there are no misunderstandings or disappointments. The schedule is simply too packed! Under no circumstance can any person not participating in IC come to the IC hotel. Lost and Found There will be a ‘Lost and Found’ box located in the IC Welcome Center. All items will immediately be brought there. If it’s not there, your missing item has not yet been turned in. Name Tags and Room Keys All participants must wear their name tags throughout the entire day for security purposes. If you do not have your name tag around your neck, you will be asked to go back to your room to retrieve it. Please do not switch name tags. With more than 2,500 guests, it is important that we are able to keep track of everyone at all times. Anyone who loses his or her name tag or key will need to visit the IC Welcome Center. Need Assistance? Staff will be wearing navy blue vests throughout IC. Volunteers will be wearing green vests. Please connect with any of these adults should you need assistance. You can always receive assistance by going to the IC Welcome Center. 11
