Error analyzed by BEP in 1975, which made the following

Newly listed in the 2014 Scott Specialized. Only reported plate
block of this number and position from original 1975 survey,
with distinctive shade known to specialists for nearly 40 years.
Plate numbers are #32902 or #32903, as they were paired
together. Error analyzed by BEP in 1975, which made following
announcement: ‘Analyses that were conducted on the pigment
components show that the WRONG INK was used for the
production of these stamps.’ An extensive search for these
stamps in 1975 turned up a total of 281 mint (of which 24
were part of 6 plate blocks) and two used singles known in
collector hands. Plate block is MINT never hinged. Scott’s value
for new listing is ‘testing the waters,’ not based on actual sales.
