Q: What should I do to get started?
A: Simply go to the Sign up page and follow instructions. You will need to submit a little information and we will send you an email to confirm your account. Click the link in this email and you will be taken to your Joomag account from where you can start creating our digital publications either from scratch or from PDF files.
Q: What can I upload?
A: Currently you can upload only PDF documents. Do not upload double page spreads as Joomag will turn your single-page document into a double-page magazine spread.
Q: Why are pages of the magazine I created from PDF stretched?
A: The dimensions of the magazine created from PDF file are determined by the largest page of the PDF. So even if one of the pages in the PDF does not match the others, the resulting magazine will have height of tallest page in PDF and width of the widest one and pages will be stretched to fill the whole page space.
Q: Which video formats are supported?
A: At this moment we support only FLV video format, but there are many programs in the market which convert from popular video formats to FLV format.
